Thomas R. Hay has over 25 years of experience in R&D, product development, and commercial NDT services with a 400+ client base.  He is  licensed P.E. in the U.S. and Canada and ASNT Level 3 since 2000.    As President, he is responsible for developing and bringing to market new service solutions for acoustic emissions, phased array ultrasound, fiberglass-reinforced tanks, weld inspections, as well as our other various NDT services.
