PAYMENT TERMS, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment Terms

Trainees (and their employers) can register for the Training Courses using TKS Website or By Phone.

  • Registration allowed for each Method Level or Class on TKS website that indicates the price, date, and availability
  • Trainees (and their employers) are also welcome to send check payment at least two weeks or more before the first day of the class
  • No seat is confirmed/reserved until payment is received

Refund/Cancellation Policy

TKS must receive written notification of cancellation ten (10) business days or more prior to the first day of the course for a full refund

  • If a trainee (or their employer) reschedules or cancels a program five to nine business days before the class start date, only 50% of the course registration fee will be refunded
  • If a trainee (or their employer) reschedules or cancels four business days or fewer before the class start date, no refund will be given
  • If TKS cancels a course, at least five days notice will be given and a full refund will be issued.
